Hi Joe, Great to learn about NA 606 flexplate. I'm in the process of doing a one-off (for myself) adaptation of turbo 606 to 4t80e transaxle. The solid disk style flexplate of the na 606 is just what I need ! I can easily drill out for my GM torque converter studs. Thanks so much for the tip, subscribed. You do great work and produce really good videos. I'm retired in Maine and wishing you continuing success persuing your dream. Ross

When you are preparing the crankshaft adapter try freezing it. Freezing will cause the mating ID of the adapter to get slightly larger allowing it to slip on the flywheel. Heating will cause the inner diameter to get larger not smaller.

Hey joe i have the om603 to sbf kit and there is a spacer washer in it so is that used? I pull the flex plate off and leave the flywheel on then install new spacer from kit the crank adapter then the flywheel adapter? Thanks bud!

Does having the two "flywheels" affect anything? or the offset by the crank adapter to the jeep flywheel? Is the 606 more sensitive to match balancing compared to the 617? Meaning would it be more critical to balance the 60x crank vs a 617s?
