It’s all these closing costs, realtor fees, permits etc etc. everyone needs a piece of the pie for just stroking a pen.

Great video, I would also think some builders are also prevented from building the $200-300K new construction house the market desperately wants, by land development costs. I would image it is tough to make the numbers work out to build a $250K house on a $50K lot an generate enough profit

You are 100% correct.

Appreciate the detailed breakdown! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?

The Omaha housing market is overheating due to housing shortages and high property taxes. Until there is more development, and a lowering of property taxes, the market I believe will be dismal for buyers but great for sellers if they can find a buyer.

It would be nice if we had new developments with more affordable (below 300K) options. Unfortunately, many are simply priced out of the market because of the reasons you mentioned. Thanks for taking the time to comment.

I desperately wanna move to Omaha but there's no apartments that are affordable, it blows. All my friends are there.

I am sorry to hear that. What about seeing if they are looking for a roommate? Maybe if you could find a job in Omaha that paid more, that would offset the cost of a higher priced apartment?

@@DavidMatney Tbh I've been looking for a roommate, but usually plans fall through. I'm debating on just meeting someone new and seeing if they'd be up for it, even if it is a risk. I have a job that's actually pretty close to Omaha
