Growing up as a kid in Cleveland in the 70's trust me I knew who Lynn Swann was. My dad took me to several Steeler Browns games at the old Municipal Stadium. Lynn Swann was one the best most graceful receivers I ever saw. I swear him and that John Stallworth receiver combo was unfair

Swann was magical. Haven’t seen magic like him since. It was like a cartoon or movie. Unbelievable.

Growing up as a Pittsburgh fan, Swann was one the guys that made my childhood great! Living in CA, we always got regional coverage on TV. I loved seeing his highlights on MNF halftime show.

12:13 … In those games he didn’t win any Cars, or jump any for that matter …😂 good one. I appreciated your comment regarding how he would jump so high but catch the ball at the level of his body. Maybe that is why he was so spectacular ❤.

🤣🤣🤣🤣if he did that stuff today he’d be kicked out of every game Geez they even ran Chuck Cecil out of the league in the 90’s and he wasn’t even that dirty just a heat seeking missile.

I'm a lot older than Peyton Manning but he is "Old School" football, a football historian, son of a legend, brother of 2 time Super Bowl Winner against Tom Brady, and uncle to the next generation of Football Greatness.

I couldn't believe Terry Bradshaw thought he should've gotten the MVP of Super Bowl VIIII. In fact, after Lynn Swann got hurt, I thought John Stallworth should've gotten the MVP of that Super Bowl against the Rams with Swann out and he stepped up big time.

If Bradshaw thought he should've gotten the MVP for that game he's crazy. Furthermore, John Stallworth should've won the MVP in the Super Bowl game against the RAMS, especially with Swann out in the second half.

Most overrated wide receiver of all time his career production is what someone like Calvin Johnson could do in four years yet. He’s in the Hall of Fame due to these novice fans just watching the Super Bowl.

@@leftytennis5912I'm a Cowboys fan since the 70s and think Lynn Swann was the best big play receiver of the 70s. Regular season and playoffs are factored into the HOF selection. Plus the defensive contact of the 70s was far more permissable. He belongs.
