He didn't turn around shit. He took apart an aging team that at least made the playoffs once to never finish better than 8-8. An offensive guru that never once led a top 10 offense. He led them to 2nd half season collapses in 2019 and 2020. It was openly said by players that the change of coach was the difference in having winning record towards end of 21 season. That 21 season, needed two OT wins before losing back to back games to the Chargers and Bears. The man was a fraud. He should have been fired long before he was exposed as a piece of shit.
