Baqsam the story was good. Damn near believable. But where I think they lost people was in the last 30min of the movie where things are just your typical. “No don’t go in there it’s obvious” moments, ya know lol.

He doesn't look sick to me. Maybe you're contrasting his visuals to that on movies and shows? There's a lot of color correction happening on screen, evening out the skin tone all over, so when you see some hyperpigmentation it seems off to you? It's what happens to women when you are used to seeing them with makeup and then they don't wear it - they get asked if they're feeling okay.
