Assalamualaikum. This video is quite old but I would like to leave my story for others to read and learn from or give their opinion of, Insha'Allah. Allah knows best but here goes my perspective: I was born in USA and thus raised Christian (didn't go to church frequently but the values were instilled in me). At the age of 4 years, I saw something (I believe it was a jinn) and it haunted my soul and mind for years ...from frequent extreme nightmares to eventually at around age 12 I began to hear voices and sometimes feel or see things. I prayed and begged GOD to show me the truth and finally one night I felt like something visited me but I didn't feel completely scared, just unusual...anyway, I didn't hear a voice this time I just felt like I was being told that the truth is to be sought not by the words of man but by genuine desire to follow GOD. I didn't know what this meant at the time. I just remember feeling relieved. Years later, by the will of Allah, I met a Muslim man who at first I was wary of due to prejudice. However, his attitude was such that I was curious and started to trust him. He told me about Islam and 90% of what I heard I already believed. I was scared, confused, angry and began to dive deeper into Christianity while still listening to lectures of Islam and asking questions. Finally I relocated to another city, ironically finding myself working with even more Muslims. One of which was a kind older man who showed me the mosque. I took shahada and alhamdullilah I am Muslim. I can't help but wonder, why me? Who or what was it that visited me that night and told me to keep searching for answers? Why at the age of 4 did I experience what I did? Anyway, Allah knows best and Insha'Allah see you in Jannah, thanks for reading. Jazāk Allāhu Khayran. 🙏❤️

Omar Ibn Al'khattab, on his way to receive the keys for Jerusalem after defeating two super powers at the same time and becoming defacto the most powerful man in the world, wore his usual old garments with patches and stitches on it despite complaints from sahaba that he should be more presentable so that the Stewards of Jerusalem would respect and honor him. He said: " _We are a people whom Allah has made honored with Islam. If we seek honor anywhere else, he will make us the most humiliated people on earth_ ". And he went to Jerusalem, alternating rides between him and his one servant on a single donkey, no other entourage with him. And truly, look where we are now. Trying to assimilate with the mentality of the west and every disbeliever. And there is no people on earth more humiliated than us. Allah does not change a people's affairs untill they change themselves.

I almost cried while taking notes. He was Customized for Islam Subhan'Allah. His name Omar Faruk means who acknowledges between from true and false and eliminates the false. Angels were talking to him. The virtues: 1. His honesty 2. He had quran written bcz the ones who memorised were getting murdered 3. Prophet SAW had dreams about him the best. He was extremely knowagable and eager to know more. He's sincere and cried after hearing at his place in Jannah. 4. Saytan doesn't want to be never him ca he's always doing zikr. 5. His ibaddat night long qiyam reading quran and crying had tunnels under his eyes 6. Be mindful of prayer. 6. He did justice. 7. He prayed to be lenient n merciful 8. His humility he humbly took cretinisms 9. He used to take naps under trees and didn't complain when someone said u hv 2 pieces of clothes when we all hv only 1. He wanted to be rewarded into after life 10. He held himself accountable. He also feared his supplications were less.
