40:12 The problem with this sort of thinking is you can’t value players at they are 3x as good if they cost 3x as much because the closer you get to the top 2 or 3% of players in the world, the cost goes us exponentially. And when you are talking about fine margins to win a prem vs another great team like Liverpool, it is worth 50M more for arsenal to get a striker that would be 10-20% better because that is what gets you through some games that you wouldn’t win other wise. But the problem is that gap between players that very good vs players that are world class often comes with a 100% or 200% increase in the price to acquire that players.

A lot of people don't do their research on Amorim. Next season Amorim signed 12 players and sold 26 players, that season they won the league. Gyokeres is an unbelievable finisher but wouldn't work at many top teams because of how poor he is in possession. That's why Gyokeres going to United makes the most sense, he himself said he joined Sporting because of Amorim and will leave Sporting if Amorim left. Personally I think Gyokeres is massive for how Amorim wants to play
