Today is November 24, 2023. I finished work and went home. It was raining very hard. I thought instead of music. Why don't I listen to Quran And I started listening to this Quran. As soon as I listened to it, the rain suddenly stopped. May Allah make it easy for you my sister. Try to keep awake from their depression medication they give you. Just keep away sister, you don't need them. Pray salah, read Quran. Keep yourself good, remove all negative people out of your life, even if they are childhood friends. If they are negative and they make u sad. Leave them. May Allah make it easy for u. Amen. Btw also, I've been suffering from anxiety symptoms since 2012, but mine was self inflicted, because I was smoking weed and I got a massive panic attack once, I thought I was gonna die wallah. Ever since that time, everyday I keep getting new anxiety symptoms and everything. Difficulty in breathing, you name it. I've suffered from it. But I never, never, took anxiety medication, even my psychiatric was telling me why don't u take them. But now alhamdulillah, I can control my panic attacks and anxiety, I figured out a whole system of healthy lifestyle, herbs and ingredients that helps with anxiety, all natural. I also removed all bad friends in my life. Do a few things that will make you relax more, like for example, eat pistachios 2 hours before bedtime they raise your melatonin to prepare you for sleeping, do stretching to make your body less tense, because anxiety makes you tense up. Do regular exercise (but sometimes it's hard to do exercise when you are having bad symptoms like racing heart rate and palpitations) so instead, take it easy.. Just walk slowly until you gradually increase your activity. I can go on forever sister, but you can also do your own research online, a lot of things can help to ease your anxiety and depression. Again, may Allah make it easy for you and guide you alright. If it wasn't for Allah, I would be totally lost and destroyed... So for that, I say alhamdulillah for anxiety and panic attacks, because you might hate something which is good for you, or you might like something which is bad for you (this is a verse in the Quran) if it wasn't for anxiety and panic attacks, I would continue to smoke weed and living the "gangster" lifestyle until today, I would probably be shot dead or turn into a crack head. And lastly, I try to avoid saying this because sometimes it can be seen as negative or creepy, but if you want me to send you a file I created myself on Microsoft word with all explanation to deal with anxiety and panic attacks. Let me know here, [e-mail]. Open the file in Internet cafe, if ur worried about me sending u a virus, and also create a completely new email address for temporary use just to receive my document. Download it, scan it for virus. Then print it off in the Internet cafe for your use. Then after that, delete the new email you created to receive this file. That's it. No trust needed, no nothing. No money needed, absolutely nothing I need from u. Completely for the sake of Allah, share it with your friends who suffer with anxiety, panic attacks and depression. But u can also do ur own research and find a ton of information online to help u out.

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, Whoever says: La ilaha illal-lah wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahu-l-mulk wa lahul- hamd wa huwa 'ala kulli shai'in qadir, one hundred times will get the same reward as given for manumitting ten slaves; and one hundred good deeds will be written in his accounts, and one hundred sins will be deducted from his accounts, and it (his saying) will be a shield for him from Satan on that day till night, and nobody will be able to do a better deed except the one who does more than he. رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”جس نے یہ کلمہ کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، تنہا ہے اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں، اسی کے لیے بادشاہی ہے اور اسی کے لیے تعریفیں ہیں اور وہ ہر چیز پر قدرت رکھنے والا ہے۔“ دن میں سو دفعہ پڑھا اسے دس غلاموں کو آزاد کرنے کا ثواب ملے گا اور اس کے لیے سو نیکیاں لکھ دی جائیں گی اور اس کی سو برائیاں مٹا دی جائیں گی اور اس دن وہ شیطان کے شر سے محفوظ رہے گا شام تک کے لیے اور کوئی شخص اس دن اس سے بہتر کام کرنے والا نہیں سمجھا جائے گا، سوا اس کے جو اس سے زیادہ کرے۔“ Sahih Bukhari#6403 Status: صحیح www.theislam360.com

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ سُمَيٍّ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : مَنْ قَالَ : لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ ، لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ ، وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ فِي يَوْمٍ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ ، كَانَتْ لَهُ عَدْلَ عَشْرِ رِقَابٍ ، وَكُتِبَ لَهُ مِائَةُ حَسَنَةٍ ، وَمُحِيَتْ عَنْهُ مِائَةُ سَيِّئَةٍ ، وَكَانَتْ لَهُ حِرْزًا مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ يَوْمَهُ ذَلِكَ حَتَّى يُمْسِيَ ، وَلَمْ يَأْتِ أَحَدٌ بِأَفْضَلَ مِمَّا جَاءَ إِلَّا رَجُلٌ عَمِلَ أَكْثَرَ مِنْهُ . Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, Whoever says: La ilaha illal-lah wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahu-l-mulk wa lahul- hamd wa huwa 'ala kulli shai'in qadir, one hundred times will get the same reward as given for manumitting ten slaves; and one hundred good deeds will be written in his accounts, and one hundred sins will be deducted from his accounts, and it (his saying) will be a shield for him from Satan on that day till night, and nobody will be able to do a better deed except the one who does more than he. رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”جس نے یہ کلمہ کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، تنہا ہے اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں، اسی کے لیے بادشاہی ہے اور اسی کے لیے تعریفیں ہیں اور وہ ہر چیز پر قدرت رکھنے والا ہے۔“ دن میں سو دفعہ پڑھا اسے دس غلاموں کو آزاد کرنے کا ثواب ملے گا اور اس کے لیے سو نیکیاں لکھ دی جائیں گی اور اس کی سو برائیاں مٹا دی جائیں گی اور اس دن وہ شیطان کے شر سے محفوظ رہے گا شام تک کے لیے اور کوئی شخص اس دن اس سے بہتر کام کرنے والا نہیں سمجھا جائے گا، سوا اس کے جو اس سے زیادہ کرے۔“ Sahih Bukhari#6403 Status: صحیح www.theislam360.com
