In EP 13 when Tommy is trying to call grim to help him with Benny only to find out on the phone call with 2 Bit that Dre killed him which led to him calling Kate who picked him up in his Bmw after impounding his ambulance with Benny inside

I think the narrative of Ghost’ death for Tommy is ironically good. After all the fights they had about Ghost getting out the game, and Tommy feeling left behind in the streets, I kinda like that he wanted Ghost in the end to die for the brother that felt he was left behind.
