I can see 50 Cents' and Omari Hardwick's perspectives. Looking at the situation from Omari's perspective, his roots were in sports (he tried out for the NFL). In sports, the superstar on the team gets paid the most. Therefore, this perspective seems plausible and logical. However, I also see 50 Cents' perspective. 50 Cents has stated on podcasts that the show develops the actor. Therefore, POWER developed Omari Hardwick as Ghost (and NOT the other way around). This is true because if the show was all about Omari Hardwick, I do believe that he would have become more successful after leaving POWER. Yet, I haven't seen any character that Omari Hardwick has played in (other than Ghost) where he is warranted a stellar performance. However, the POWER Universe has been very successful without Omari Hardwick and other actors have also been developed such as Raq, Marvin, Jukebox as a youth, Tariq, Councilman Tate, Carter, Davis, etc. The audience has fallen in love with these characters just like they did with Ghost.

Omari IS the FACE of Starz!!! He did such a great job 👏🏾 playing his character!!! None of us watched Starz on a regular basis or most not at all before we saw Omari as Ghost!!! If it was all about the other actors, no offense, they are great as well, but none of the spinoffs have done as well or even lasted as long as the original!!!
