Carcar City Division slayed this year's Sinulog Grand Parade 2018. Ito yung contingent na nakikipagsabayan at lumalaban sa Sinanduloy Cultural Troupe at Kulturang Placereño, again like nung comment ko rito sa performance nila sa Sinulog sa Lalawigan 2018. Kayang kaya ng Carcar City Division ang makipagsabayan with their original concept, clean and impressive choreography, colorful props and costumes as well as the festive musicality, tiyak everyone, this'll be their favorite! Sabi pa nga ng isang judge sa nabasa ko sa news, Carcar City Division is a seasoned-contingent. Kayang i-pull off ang mga concept na di inakalang magagawan ng storyline! Imaginative, super imaginative ng choreographer na di inilalayo sa kulturang Pilipino lalo na ng mga Cebuano! Nangingiyak nga ako nang malamang finally, they bagged the grand prize. Sobrang laki ng pinagbago ng Carcar mula sa pagkakapanalo lang sa second place sa Sinulog sa Lalawigan 2018 to this Grand Parade winning moment! Sobra sobrang improvements mula sa mga nagdaang ritual and street dancing performances nila. Congratulations Carcar City Division. Looking forward to Sinulog 2019! Yes, indeed! After 10 years under Madam Estenzo they finally bagged the top prize. I've been watching them since 2011, it's their concept talaga that captivated me. Viva Carcar!

But this year carcar lost the crown to sinanduloy of tangub the plan is that tangub challenge carcar to a sinulog based dance off to determan who is the real grand champion challenge acepted both of them use trademarks to finish strong in the end tangub came out victurious reclaim the grand prize from carcar then carcar will not be joining next year
