This bring back memories, I am turning 15 in 2025, and let me just say, I wish I met my grandfather. He was so kind, and loving, but sadly, he did pass away inside of this event. Rest in piece to him. He was not only a great person, but also a very thoughtful person and ALWAYS put others before himself. He was 42 when he passed away that day. His name still stands in the 9/11 memorial. Wilbur Frank Ignico. rest In Piece Grandpa, wish I was born sooner so I can at least say "Hi." Today was remembrance day in Canada and there was an assembly in our school, we all got the poppies and the teachers taught us about the history of Canada and the people who did sacrifices for their family, friends and the country. The assembly was so emotional, but I literally saw people laughing in the assembly and disrespecting the poppies. I was so shocked since it was my first remembrance day in Canada, I was not even born in Canada, but I still could feel the pain for some reason, like I was related to it. And I just came home and checked the awesome man's channel, and saw this and this made me so emotional too. Let's take a moment and thank our ancestors and the people who sacrificed. Peace out!

**September 11th 2001** On this day, 2,996 good men and women woke on a beautiful Tuesday morning in New York City. They then began there regular morning commute, expecting a regular day at work. For others, some had just started school and were looking forward to getting to see their friends and teachers. Little did they know in just a few hours, the world would change forever At approximately 8:46 am, a hijacked airplane heading from Boston to Los Angeles hit the North Tower of the World Trade Center. At approximately 9:03 am, a second hijacked plane struck the South Tower of the World Trade Center. Within hours, both towers would collapse killing thousands of people. 343 firefighters, 72 police officers, and 8 medical personnel lost their lives that day. These brave men and women ran into those towers, knowing the risk of not making it out. Despite this, their selflessness and bravery helped save many people that day. This was not only an attack on the city of New York, but an attack on the United States and an attack on freedom. Today we remember and honor the lives lost 23 years ago and humble our hearts to the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice that day.

8:19 AM EST, American Airlines Flight 11 is hijacked in the New York skies. 5 minutes later, Atta, one of the hijackers, accidently alerts air traffic control. 13 minutes after that, Boston Air Traffic alerts the US Air Force's Northeast Defence Sector, the Air National Guard is also mobilised. The next major incident of Flight 11 is it's end... crashing into the North Tower.... Not even 20 minutes later, Flight 175 suffers the same fate... this time crashing into the South Tower... people realise this' no accident... but a cruel & horrid act outside of humanity... 2 minutes later, the POTUS George W Bush, talking to a class in a Florida primary school is informed of the attack on the WTC but doesn't immediately take action not wanting panic to occur in the classroom. 23 minutes later, 9:28 AM, United Airlines Flight 93 is attacked by it's hijackers... 9 minutes later, American Airlines Flight 77 crashes into the Pentagon... it's naive to believe these are all accidents and not attacks on the United States of America, additionally more or less. Quarter to 10 AM, American Airspace is finally closed under Operation Yellow Ribbon, 1 hour & 36 minutes after the first hijacking & 59 minutes after the first hit on American Infrastructure. 10 minutes later, Air Force One with GW Bush takes off from Florida... 9:57 AM, the passengers of Flight 93 begin a heroic revolt that would accomplish it's main goal, making sure no one else is killed by the plane & it's hijackers. In response, the hijacker piloting the plane, Jarrah, rolls the plane back & forth in attempt to quell the revolt... 9:59 AM, the South Tower collapses first due to it's hit being closer to it's base.... 10:02 AM, Flight 93 crashes in a Pennsylvania field near Shanksville, it's believed it's intended target was the White House or Congress. Unfortunately, those people are killed, just like those that died in the Pentagon, WTC 1 & WTC 2. At least they didn't let anyone else perish, this'd be the last plane involved with 9/11 to crash... 10:18 AM, Bush orders all non-grounded planes to be shot down, Flight 93 had already crashed but the President & his team were unaware at the time. 10 minutes later, WTC 1, the North Tower, finally collapses, 1 hour & 42 minutes after Flight 11's crashing into it, 29 minutes after it's siblings collapse. Thus ends the Twin Towers... 10:53 AM, then USDEF Donald Rumsfeld orders US Military to enter a higher state, DEFCON 3. 58 minutes later, Air Force 1 lands at Barksdale Air Force Base near Shreveport, Louisiana. Half an hour later, the airspace of the United States is completely free of all commercial and private flights. 1 hour & 15 minutes later, Air Force 1 leaves Barksdale... At 2:30 PM, Rudy Giuliani, the then Mayor of New York City, visits the fallen Twin Towers of the WTC at what has become known as Ground Zero. Half an hour later, Air Force 1 lands at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska, and President Bush is immediately taken to a secure bunker that is capable of withstanding a nuclear attack. 1 hour and a half later, Air Force 1, with Bush on board, leaves Offutt and heads back toward Andrews Air Force base near Washington, DC.... 5:30 PM, WTC 7 collapses.... Finally, at 8:30 PM, 12 hours & 11 minutes after the first hijacking, George W Bush addresses the United States of America...

I remember telling my mom and grandma what happened back then in 2001 my grandma was at home and my mom was like 9 years old while she was in 5 grade then my grandma told me that when she was watching tv she came across a breaking news saying that the World Trade Center had exploded due to a plane driving through the World Trade Center then after that my mom got out of school early and when she got there she saw my grandma crying in tears seeing the World Trade Center on fire and seeing people fall out the building and end there life this all happened on September 11 2001 all of my family saw this terrifying terroist attack that happened on 2001 the pentagon got in a terroist attack and then the Pennsylvania got into a attack too my grandpa saw everything and he was scared and was sad Rest and peace to all of those people on September 11 2001 may make there souls rest Dear America Darren Make America Great Again

Whyd my Cat have to die to day... RIP ROCKY (11.09.24-2008) we had to do it tho as my Cat could only use one paw unable to use his right front paw and both hind paws and legs. My Cat....tried to get to his toilet...with only one.usuable.paw.....😭😭😭😭 I WILL NEVER FORGET HIM (btw rip to all fallen ones!) YET CAN YALL STOP BEING RUDE? WHAT I DO THIS IS JUST AN SIMPLE COMMENT

For those who don’t know: on 11th September 2001, a terror attacked happened in New York, first plane that was hijacked was American Airlines flight 11 which hit the north tower then later that morning American Airlines Flight 175 collided with the south tower of the World Trade Centre also later that day there were 2 more accidents one headed to the Pentagon which crashed which was American Airlines flight 77 and later a flight was headed to crash with the White House but the passengers attacked the hijackers making the plane crash before reaching the White House
