Monica Carvajal You can definitely do a cut crease. You see how her cut crease was above her natural crease? She basically follows the eye socket. I don't have hooded eyes but I've seen tutorials and they were great.

I did a look just like this except I used complimentary colors blue and orange. I loved the way it came out and I don't think it would have worked if I hadn't watched this.

An Knook i find it easy to blend matte with shimmer by dragging the shimmer over the matte shade than trying to blend the matte thru the shimmer
