One of my favorite videos...Take note of the drummer...Dimash liked him so much that he stole him...He appears at several of Dimash's concerts..Rap is and has been for some time very popular in Asia..this was a competition for well known rappers....I am not a fan of most rap music..I am not interested in "the angry young man syndrome"..but if all rap was like this I would listen to it...

That was a great collab. They sounded so great together. I feel energized. Did you see Victor stretching out his arm doing hand moves? After that the camera was on Hua Chenyu who was in the audience. Those gestures are Hua's teademark. Hua uses rap as in integrated part of his performances. Maybe Nunchucks would be a great starting point if you would venture into this Chinese megastar. Enjoy!

In 2019 Victor Ma and Hua Chenyu do a similar mash up. Hua Chenyu is a huge Star in China. I thought you might want to check it out. They did a song Mr. So So. Hua Chenyu like Dimash came in second in 2018 and Won this year.

Hi Bud, Excellent reaction to this duet. Victor was a contestant on this rap competition and like "Singer" comp they have to duet with a guest on duet week, Victor approached Dimash who said he would love to do it. A lot of the comments at the time called it an unlikely duet and were'nt quite sure, I think the fusion of styles and contrasting voices works brilliantly. Btw Victor went on to win the competition. 👌👌👌😊😊

Hey OMeezy! I love this combination with Dimash especially when they are head-to-head! This was for a show in China called The Coming One. Victor Ma (Ma Boqian) is a Chinese-American rapper in his mid 20's (also finishing up his architectural degree at USC). This part of the competition was duets and Victor asked Dimash to sing with him. Dimash and he met on SInger 2018 when Dimash guest starred and sang Hello. Victor tends to rap with a fusion of Chinese and English. I can't get enough of him. Needless to say, Victor one this leg. Check out his YT channel. Victor also paired up with Hua Chenyu, too. They didn't do any other songs together, but Victor Ma did sing another song similarly to the one he did with Dimash with another singer name Hua Chenyu - the song was called Mr So-so. To me song was not as powerful as with Dimash but you might enjoy. Please react to Dimash song Adai + Daididau, Bastua 2017 where he plays an instrument called a doombra, Its similar to a guitar but with one string someone said? not sure if that right, (someone please correct if you know) but would love your reaction.
