Still have my Seamaster 300M in this look (minus the Milanese bracelet) that I bought new in 2001. It’s been lovingly cared for and still works great, having only been serviced once just a few years ago. I do somewhat like the newer numbering on the bezel of the new 300M models in recent years over mine, but mine still has a nice classic look too.

My Bond from 1998 (2541.80) is 11mm think, classic, beautiful and 4 times cheaper. Highly recommended

I love how the Bond 60th has an aluminium bezel insert instead of ceramic plus the often overlooked feature of the lollypop seconds hand has the ball at the tip of the hand. It slightly overhangs the seconds track markers and when viewed from above looks like a roulette wheel in play with the ball spinning around the wheel. Once you see that you will know what I mean. This is a hidden nod to the first Bond film Casino Royale.

I was just at the AD and tried on the 60th . It was really nice and fit my 7 and a quarter inch wrist perfectly, but I like the vintage vibe of the NTTD so I think I would rather go with that instead.

Very tough call betwen these two. I'd go NTTD just because the gimick on the back of the blue one is cheesy. Omega has gotten better about the gimicks, but they just can't help themselves.

Bond's watch was always a Rolex, this Omega crap only came in with the Brosnan era which was knee deep in product placement. Fleming had Bond with a Rolex...... Enough said.
