Good morning, Rob. I guess maybe I'd call it "Burnt Orange"? Anyway, I have the GMT Oreo and it's 17.2mm thick with the extra complication and still wears great on my 6-7/8" wrist. Short Lug to Lug allows the protruding case back to settle in nicely between the wrist bones (i.e., radius and ulna for the bone experts). That PO creamsicle has been around for a while and still has alot of appeal. Great vid!

Totally agree Rob. I saw this watch in a window and was impressed immediately. I went back a month later, unsure about the thickness, not a problem. It wears great, so long as this is not the watch you expect to wear under ever cuff for work. This watch is too fun for work! Quality bc and timekeeping on my watch are amazing, running max 1/2 second/day fast

I have a small wrist and wear my 43 mm Planet Ocean without a care. Lug to lug is about 48mm and sure it is a thick boy, but it doesn't bother me. I got the black dial version with orange accents on the bezel on the extremely comfortable rubber strap. It is built like a tank and the crown action inspires a lot of confidence. I would love to see the all black ceramic version made in 43mm. Meant to add retail is €7800 in Europe, so $6700 is quite the bargain!

Wanted to add, it fits great on my 7” (more flat than round) wrist! I got mine brand new, along with a Seamaster Aqua Terrrs [also with a black dial] {yes, it was an expensive month! 😂}), at Exquisite Timepieces last September. Both rarely leave my wrist with the PO occupying 90% of the wrist time.

Love that colorway. I would say it's burnt orange. I had the blue 43.5 and had it wore great on my smallish wrist. My only concern with this color is versatility. I don't know when and how much I would wear it.

One of the best buys I have ever done, a bit thick, but a fab watch. But still I prefer the Aquaterra, together with the Rolex Skydweller, but all three in daily rotation. But I still love my Planet Ocean 8900, ( not the model number, but the movement designation).

The brushing and polishing, makes the thickness optically less than 16mm. Want a 600m diver, that's what's going to happen.. I can pull it off easy with a 7.5 inch wrist.

Omega need to get rid of the carbuncle of a helium valve. A flush valve is more professional.
