Gotta agree with you that Eye Beam is amazing Omega2040, I use it in my combos and to stop other people's attacks flat (screw you jump attacks!). My favourite use of it is full rush combo > signature > eye beam > jump attack > signature. #16 is pretty damn good on customs,

One minor thing about the moves in most of the BT and RB series that bugs me is the moves that cause the characters to teleport to the center of the map, or always land in the same place...makes play kinda bland, even when you switch it up. The comments about 18's Ultimate stands out (which it does), and that she has a better moveset than 17 (which is also true), really isn't new. I think she always had a better moveset than 17, and her Ultimate is almost the same from BT3, aside from one or two moves. Not saying she isn't good. Kinda wish she had a Destructo Disc though.

@gamersunite26 well think about it, the tenkaichi games came out a while after the budokai games (though only the 3rd one really looks good imo), burst limit came out on a new more advanced set of systems, raging blast came out after that, and now RB 2 is about to come out and looks even better. Time and tech do alot my friend.

Can you I just ask why is it that 17 always had Photon Flash as his ultimate? What about that move he and 18 use to kill Gohan in the special? I mean if they think it's weird to have 18 come out of nowhere they could just alter it so that only 17 does it, it would still look badass for him to just demolish the opponent with dozens of quick energy blasts.

17 ALWAYS had Photon Flash as an ultimate? Uhhh given the time period of this game he only had it in BT1 & 2 as an ultimate (under “Full Power Energy Wave”). Look at BT3 he had the Accel dance team attack - hell, even Budokai 3. And while Photon Flash returned in RB2, he also had accel dance as a team attack.

when i use dr gero i use pesky fly up until he knees them in the back then i use the signature energy drain and after he kicks them away i use his energy beam attack it makes for a good combo

Great vid, cool that you did all of the androids at once. I hate 19 en Gero's signature, cause the ki it costs to use it is almost more than the ki you absorb, making the moves useless. Same with the drain ultimates, a shame really :(

Android Barrier - why doesn't Semi-Perfect Cell have this anymore? He DID use it when he was transforming Android 17 - always a huge disappointment. Considering the power he boasted, why has he never had a good moveset? Dr. Gero - considering that Toriyama originally wanted him and 19 to be the ones who wrecked Trunks's future, he needed his own What-If. Perhaps he could upgrade his body or something. uh oh, running out of characters...

Really great job and I am not just giving this a thumbs up because it has androids in it thought it doesn't hurt. Just once I want Seventeen to use his gun. Whether it is in his attack set or just put as an end to that little rush he has I want the gun to be used so bad! It's just sitting there in his holster begging to be shot. I don't think any game has ever used his gun and that's just a shame. It would make him more unique too.

No. He could not turn her back into a 100% human. He only got rid of the bomb inside of her. 18 is a cyborg. Meaning she was human before Dr. Gero turned her and 17 into androids. Being a cyborg, which is simply a human with cybernetic implants (and nothing really removed), she still has her organs. I watched the episode multiple times. That IS what happened. She is STILL an android. Otherwise she would not be that strong in the Buu Saga, since the implants made her strong in the first place.

#17 is made even more underwhelming when you consider the fact that, in previous games, the Photon Flash was a super for him, not an ultimate, and his ultimate was the same combo that had him team up with #18 and kill Gohan. Yeah. They dun goofed for Raging Blast.

I think their reasoning here was "Their ultimate should be an attack they did on their own without help", while the Team Attack should be where characters ask for assist. Like the Full-Nelson Makankosappo, or both of Burter and Jeice's team attacks. And I know this is 8 years old, but I don't care.

...How does 17's ultimate do more damage than 16's? I understand, 17 fire a huge destructive beam of energy, but 16 grabs them and detonates himself like a nuke. You'd think a huge explosion going off right next to you would hurt a bit more.
