Tales of Hearts R English - Ending + Secret Ending

Just like Asbel reached his hand out to Lambda, Shing did the same for Creed. Too bad Creed didn't take up his offer and only realized the solution after his life was set to end. It takes real heart to show kindness to the "bad guy". In the final scene with him, Creed went from being a detestable bastard to a tragic soul. Honestly, he was equally as misguided as Dhaos was. They both had the same goal of sacrificing an entire planet's worth of life to bring back their own world from extinction, and they were both empty on the inside. Tragic antagonists, all of them. Isn't it annoying how they're not saying "I love you" in Japanese, but it's in the English subs? Like we're so stupid in North America that we need it spelled out for us? I give this translation a B-, only because it actually got a bit better and accurate toward the end of the game. I know those artes names are going to be the cause of some ire for a while though. As for the secret ending...so Gall is some sort of military man, while Kongwai and QQ are simply travelers who heard about Ruca's world through legends in storybooks. In order for this to work then, they'll need to add a new playable character (or two since there were only five heroes originally) who hails from out of dimension for Tempest R.

That ending was so touching and beautiful! I love the last moment with Kohaku and Kor, since it was perfect and so romantic. I honestly don't mind that some people say that they didn't say "I love you" in Japanese, since it was there all along in how they acted and spoke, and how they looked at each other. The secret ending just left me going "huh"? But here's to hoping they explain it!

In Tales of Innocence R, there are 2 new characters. We don't really get to know much about them other than that they are from some alternate universe, they speak some alien language, as well as Japanese, they have advanced knowledge of the outcome of Tales of Innocence (Kongwai mentions that the adventure of Ruca Milda is legendary), and they are from two opposing factions back in their own world. Their purpose was to retrieve the souls of the antagonists, and bring them back to their universe, though for what purpose is unknown. In this game, Gall is from the same universe, though I guess he doesn't speak the language (or doesn't show it anyway), and he has been estranged from there for at least 20 years, as he says he lost his wife and daughter that long ago to Despir. It seems like all 3 of them are treasure hunters of some sort, but we don't actually know any more outside of that.

The same as the others. For whatever reason people are calling it the "Triverse". I'm not sure if they say that in-game (as I only have Omega's videos to work with!) or that's just some shit we came up with because we think there's gonna be another "R" game after this one.
