tip: make a attack and stamina build and after then you need to gte parts wich has a lot of stars on there parts.

if you wanna have an attack build you should just upgrade attack and stamina. stamina is your hp so higher stamina more hp and bigger chance to beat trainers. I was level 160 and beted 190 trainers bc I had a lot of stamina
