Yea, loved how the characters were all different in life and then 2 reacted to each other. Maybe the guy had an illness, or was so far depressed he could not take another day. I think most people in life, like myself have consider this and I know a few that have. But things get better over time. It's a very horrid mental ride but you will get there.

I loved every minute of suspense, I enjoyed their brilliant eye contact and acting, and I loved the soundtrack! We do make our choices, and we should never regret them, not even when we realize that we made a mistake at the last minute. Take it all in and let it take you wherever you go!

I envy you. You must be a very happy and content person to find suspense in this. And I'm not being sarcastic. I wish I could be positive enough to enjoy this so much.

@000aleph Thank you for your comment and understanding! Trust me, the past five years we're my worst years until today. However, I learnt that patience is all we need to actually be content and self-forgiveness! I hope you use a different perception of life, appreciating and being grateful for the little things that Wil enable you to start over because you are. Worthy bbuddy

They've all chosen euthanasia, and are waiting to be called, but the couple ironically make a human connection in their last moments.

I think the choice is a product of depression along with inevitability. Seeking to prolong this existence can be viewed as a tribute to littleness which leads to despair. It's almost a catch-22.

Concerning short drama that perhaps this is happening, yet within a different context, that is hidden to most, but some are putting the message out there ( the web ) to find & prepare accordingly.

@@therealJamieJoyprobably the most selfish way of logic you can come down to. It’s crazy the domino effect that often happens when someone takes their own life. But then again we live in this insanely narcissistic generation where people are incredibly selfish and not thinking of others even up to the very end.

I feel that this is a metaphor for the way we live our lives. We live by capitalism and our "stuff" is what we focus on rather than the things that really matter, like relationships, establishing a spiritual connection and connecting with the world and nature. We are so focused on the material possessions we can acquire and monetary security that even in death, we feel the need to bring a suitcase.

The ancient Egyptians believed in an afterlife in which the pharaoh would live on as a divine ruler. This life was supposed to be just as comfortable and luxurious as life on earth. Therefore, all the comforts that a pharaoh enjoyed in life were also buried with him in death. This man perhaps wanted to achieve something of the sort.

Refusing to understand someone else’s mindset will get you nowhere. Understanding doesn’t necessarily mean accepting it. We all walk our own path. Empathy is understanding another’s emotions without having gone through it yourself. Very commonly confused with sympathy.
