1:25 I love that spot, you can actually hold most of a main from there. (very risky though, you cant move or jiggle so if you miss you're dead and even peaking the angle is a lot of risk of falling off)

It's the skin! The one he has in that clip was an old exclusive one to promote Riot's Arcane show. The only other Sheriff skin so far that has those animations is the Neo Frontier Sheriff 🤓
