nah I doubt this person is a girl. I hate to say this but I'm very skeptical about most music creators actually being girls cuz women are usually used as a face that guys hide behind , while the men create the music. It happens all over the place- heck even if the guys are in an electronic band they will still get a female singer who is their main image.
