Few questions, which company is this that deals in the precast walls? So you buy from them ,make the payments and they build it for you? Secondly once you have the drawings-Indiantown see the cost of drawing approvals? Transportation of the walla ro the site also ? Is the company in Nairobi?have branches in Mombasa? Im thinking of a 3 bedroomed no Dsq 2 bathrooms and toilets the two bedrooms can share a bathroom and roulette and the other in the master bedroom as ensuite and budget of 2M .He paid just below 3M and that ls for everything-nice. I'd love a small roof deck balcony for view with stairs coming from inside the house and cheaper ,super durable roof called the pent roof. Kindly respond . Thanks a bunch .

Europe, Japan, China and US used precasts and containers to cover the housing needs of their populations. Recently the Asian countries using it to treat the slums (Indonesia, Malaysia, India others). We Africans spend more money and time using stone blocks and the slums are spreading in our cities. I wished you ask the engineer more technical details of precast idea. Thank you

Usually these kinds of roofs where the iron sheets meet to form butterfly wings ,there's am outlet to drain the water put..I am considering this technic bit was advised one could cut roofing price in half by using pent roof instead-look it up .less hussles ,durable and you save lots of money.its like a slanted kinda like one wing of the butterfly.
