I found this video after I saw the performance of I forgot how to be me with Ren . I went on a search and this was the first thing that popped up . I couldn't believe what I was seeing. She was obviously known in the UK , yet I had never heard of her . I immediately felt that this woman should be a house hold name . Needless to say I have been a fan ever since . This is a great one from the powerhouse that is Chinchilla, this stripped back performance with her melodic, passionate delivery, oozing heartache and so much love and sentiment for the person she has wronged, is all that is needed . Her vocal range is extraordinary but her ability to convey the message within her lyrics, are second to none. Really emotive reaction Joe E, it sounds wrong to say I enjoyed it, but I did, as Chinchilla gets me like this too 😢.

Cold water is the chill of uncertainty, fear, selfishness that we all feel. Trust is a two way street, we need to let go of the past aggressions and learn to forgive unless that unconditional love is no longer there. Relationships are about accepting one for all their flaws. I have been in a relationship with my husband for 35 years. Not been perfect, but we learned to forgive and forget because we are all only human after all. Apparently Chinchilla said there was a problem with the sound system, there's parts where you can barely hear her. Such a pity as it's a great performance, I would love to see her perform it again with a good sound system and a good audience.

I loved her performance in this. But I'll admit that I wasn't fond of her outfit. It looked great up close where you could see all the amazing details, but from a distance (and she's on a stage so lots will be looking her from a distance) it looks like the kid from Where the Wild Things Are with the cloak and oversized crown. The clothes are swallowing her instead of helping her perform and express. But... still love her performance and think she's got amazing talent and I love watching everything she does.
