Nit picking every single thing is a common tactic of defense lawyers to high profile people. Spiro did this in the Alec Baldwin case, which was successful in that case. The purpose is to exhaust the legal system, waste government money on trials, and encourage the feds/state to drop charges to avoid the huge amount of budget necessary to get through the trial. Also, there are separate phone lines to reach lawyers so that it does not go through the typical recorded lines. When needing to make a call, Diddy would have only needed to clarify to COs that he needs to call his lawyers and he will be put in contact with his team on a private line, in a private area to avoid breaking attorney/client privilege. If his attorney calls are being recorded, it’s because Diddy is using the regular phones. That is considered to be his own responsibility. Yes, Cassie had a large bag. Being a survivor of DV, we do whatever we can to escape safely. She most likely thought if she took his clothes when she escaped, he wouldn't go after her because he's naked. Today, I felt the first time, since this started , the urge to cry. Granted I have not heard the audio (if any) but I'd be pretty confident in saying that Cassie didn't agree in any way whatsoever In regards to the vase, he picked it up and threw it in 1 motion (if I remember correctly). It would have been the flowers that fell at his feet. Why would he pick up the vase just to throw the flowers. That makes no sense. You would grab the flowers by themselves if that was the case. And even if the video is hazy, you would still be able to tell by the motion of his hands surely, if he grabbed the flowers out of the vase.
