Over 26 years serving as a criminal lawyer I have NEVER heard of prisons have cell phone. Most get 2-3 calls a day. There are 2 phones on the which they all share. They had iPads that you can't make calls, but it does have e-messaging & watch movies. Total chaos

What about the other residents who reside in the same apartment building? What happens if they start filing complaints because they don't feel safe? I think anyone who lives in that building would all be at risk. These days, you never know what can happen. Like the old saying goes, "Be careful what you wish for." His attorney suggesting he be allowed to live on an island where there are no boats is the biggest red flag and joke. I can only imagine the island has already been altered with an escape plan. As crazy as that may sound, we're talking about a desperate person who has money and has been exposed for all his crimes. From the sounds of it, he's not going to win the war. What does he have to lose at this point? This reminds me of the newly released movie, "Emilia Perez." P. DIDDY is going to turn himself into P. DOTTY! 😅

He's a risk for getting to victims/victim intimidation, plus he could hinder prosecution too, as more witnesses/victims may be way too afraid to come forward to testify (and i don't blame them!) Letting him out would give him WAY too much control over the situation. The charges he faces are extremely serious, and he still poses a risk to the public. He's still a flight risk, and/or at risk of taking himself out as well. I can't see any judge agreeing to bail for this monster.

Going back to the judge order denying a gag order but reiterating fair trial rules, it is clear trying to influence a jury as Diddy said “we only need one” is jury tampering by legal definition. From other legal analysis the belief is that he’ll ultimately deny bail but is covering Everything in case of an appeal. Again most lawyers and legal analysts believe it will be denied especially because pretrial services is against bail. We’ll see next week. Again EXCELLENT ANALYSIS compared to other channels that are going off emotion vs understanding law.
