Do you mean a fountain or may a mini artificial waterfall? If a waterfall is there it'd be a huge place on its own and it'd make that shopping mall more exotic. But waterfalls are usually made by rivers in the wild. It'd be great to show it to the viewers if it's the,it'd be interesting.
