I know that 100 seems like a lot, but statistically your luck was pretty average. The odds for a Toty in an 82x20 was around 0.5%, with icon odds around a similar value. Every 100 packs, on average, you should get approximately 1 toty or toty icon. People like Nick Rtfm got 6 or so but only because he crafted 600 82x20s.
