This is Led Zepplin’s tour de force. They are one (maybe the one) of the top bands of my lifetime. I’m almost 63 and had the good fortune of having this band be the backdrop of my teenage years. I just wish I would have been able to see them in concert. I did get to see Robert Plant perform in Austin 4 years ago. Even though he’s much older (now 73), he was great and I enjoyed hearing a few Led Zepplin tunes. Even my Father who was born in 1931 liked Led Zepplin. I had a cool Dad.

Led Zeppelin is still my favorite band of all time.

Every album this band recorded when they were together reached number 1. Do you realize how friggin rare that is? Just an incredible unstoppable fountain of talent. Almost fifty years later and folks are still listening globally.

Great English rock band from the 60's-70's. "Stairway To Heaven" is their most famous song but they have a huge library of hits. "Immigrant Song", "Whole Lotta Love", "Black Dog", "Ramble On", "When The Levee Breaks", “Dazed & Confused”, “Since I’ve Been Loving You”, "Rock & Roll", "The Ocean", "Over The Hills & Far Away", "The Song Remains The Same", "The Rain Song", "Good Times Bad Times" etc.

I came late also. I was a teenager in the 70's and the guys listened to them so I was familiar but it was hard rock and I was more into the Eagles, Linda Ronstadt ect....The pandemic came and being locked in all this time sent me down the Led Zeppelin rabbit hole. I listen to their music daily, ordered books about the band. Now Led Zeppelin and Queen are my favorite bands and I cannot get enough. We all start the journey differently but thankfully got here.

This song is actually about trips Robert and Jimmy took to Morocco, not Kashmir. Jimmy and Bonzo worked together a lot to put this song together. Bassist John Paul Jones played keys as well as arranged the string and brass instruments played by session musicians. The whole band considered this song a high water mark. Since you love Zep, why not start at the beginning with Good Times Bad Times?

Led For Life!!! I second what Henrietta recommended for you. The very best way to take your Zeppelin journey is start with LZ 1 track 1 Good Times Bad Times ….then track 2 which is Babe I’m Gonna Leave You ….track 3 You Shook Me……you see where we are going with this lol…it’s the absolute most fulfilling way to discover Zeppelin, the way we did, in real time, back in the day. !!! You won’t miss any hidden gems this way. Zeppelin is no specific genre so your favorite Zep song might be one that nobody tells you to react to. ☮️

Love your passion for Led Zeppelin! They have been my favorite band since 1973 and I recall exactly where I was and song the first time I ever heard them perform and there are only a few other bands/songs in which that is the case. Plant is my favorite lead vocalist and there are other singers that maybe more technically proficient but very few that can emote such passion and feeling. He can stand virtually still in a live performance and my eyes are drawn to him. Please watch their live Celebration Day performance at O2 arena of Kashmir; watching them older and still performing at such an exceptionally high level is amazing after so many yrs apart. You bring great reactions with substance and joy. Thank you!

Nothing like the LZ experience, I think your ready now for this LZ song to react to "Achilles last stand". This song will completely blow your mind, you will hear the very best out of every band member!

Hey Stan! I just found your channel and subscribed. Lifelong Led Zeppelin fan here. My favorite band, no contest, since I was 11 and fell in love with them instantly. I'm 60 now and still listen daily! It never gets old. Robert Plant has sang me to sleep for decades lol. Anyway, love your reactions, (I watched all your Zeppelin ones). You seem to be a big fan too, so I was just curious why you haven't done more? Have you already heard all their albums on your own? I love their Royal Albert Hall 1970 show, have you seen it yet? If not, I'd love to see you react to something from it, it's outstanding. PLEASE do more Zeppelin! The greatest band ever! I could suggest songs from it but this comment is already WAY too long, sorry!

One of my favorites. 🎊Suggest Shinedown “Planet 🌍Zero” It’s the lead song on their new album. They want it to have an 80’s hard rock sound. The album 💿 has debut in the top 5 across all platforms. ❤️🔥❤️🔥

@@Lifewithstan2020 thanks Stan I don’t know if you have ever heard them before. Next yr will be the 20th anniversary of their first album 💿. They have more #1s hits on the rock charts than any other band & they have 49 top 10 hits. This is their 7th album 💿 it’s about the pandemic. It’s there best so far.

Glad you love LZ but noticed that you haven't done very many reactions to their songs. I subbed hoping that you'll do that. We'll see. Edit: If you decide to dive into LZ's music, I recommend that you start at the beginning with album 1, track 1 and just keep going. In no way would you regret it.
