I will say something positive here. As a kid growing up with the basic non-suspension RC cars from Sears that didn't have proportional steering or proportional throttle, this is better than the typical Walmart toy grade offerings. Now of course I would never spend more than 50 bucks on this but I think a kid around six or seven years old could be happy with it for a little bit at least until something broke and there are no parts to repair it.

Is much better to buy a Tamiya even if the qualify is not super high, but with minor upgrades you can have decent rc for starters. Tamiya is realizing some goods options they're not bad, you can rc with scale and having fun making others jealous

Hello from Canada. First time to your channel. Your thumbnail made me have to see if it could possibly be as bad as you said. I must admit you didn't disappoint. If there is a listing for "toy grade" in the encyclopedia or wikipedia it would show this RC!!! I wish they weren't allowed to sell such junk. Its not even good for someone new to the hobby. They might base the RC world on this or feel ripped off after buying it.

Na, it's the gas regulator valve that's gone as it's not pulling much gas on ignition going by a flow gauge. 227 can be a few things but like you say, it's 90% frozen condensation pipe.

I'd love to get a hold of one of these just to see if it could be made better by just taking it all apart, massaging the diffs to free them up, make sure the suspention arms are free, bearings are free, water break in the motor and use a lipo. I'm stupid like that but I would enjoy doing that. So much could be done I suspect to make it a bit better without spending any money, just time.

The limit collars are really soft rubber and actually act as damper stops by squashing on full travel. I did think about removing them but I think it would just make things worse as the shock will have no give at all on full compression.

Styrofoam packaging for a basher RC in 2023... that alone should be a show-stopper. I'm 5 minutes into the video now, paused it and oh my... I can predict how this ends. The cheap looking plastics, the suspension killing offset of the wheels... I can literally see the tears in the eyes of the kid who smashes the car into the kitchen table leg on Christmas 5 minutes after unboxing it, completely obliterating the car.... ok, on with the video to see if this is as bad as it looks. Edit: finished the video and I'm surprised that nothing broke. The electronics are clearly a joke - such a tiny ESC for that humongous 570 motor? With such a motor this should be WAY faster. For that price you can get stuff from MJX, HBX, WLToys, etc. which is MILES better out of the box.

A spoiler on a truck(???!!!) The concept of a truck is that it is a machine used to carry heavy objects. A hand truck is a machine used to carry heavy objects. Vehicular trucks include dump trucks, delivery trucks, and pickup trucks. They are all vehicles used to carry heavy loads. A spoiler is an inverted wing used to create downforce on race cars that are extremely streamlined and drive very fast through turns. That way the race car does not turn over when cornering. The idea of a spoiler on a vehicular truck is ridiculous. That could only happen in the make-believe world of RC. Also in the world of RC do they try to make a truck into a sports car.
