She use to have a slight dimpled chin and she had plastic surgery, fillers, etc. and now her chin dimple is gone, so it looks off. She has had other things done too but that is the part I feel was her mistake. She has said a few times now that she regrets getting as much work done as she did. Aniston hasn't admitted to anything, as far as I know but there are images of before and after of her supposedly having her chin "done" during the first couple of seasons of Friends.
