I really appreciate the reviews on varying levels of "clean". I wonder if the little grains in the foundation are coconut oil? Coconut oil is so temperature sensitive, I'm surprise it's put in cosmetics at all. You look great!

Ok so I am someone who never looks at ingredients but when you said coconut oil it got me thinking that this stuff broke me out! Bc the colourpop pretty fresh line broke me out sooooo bad and I noticed when I was using the covergirl clean fresh i was getting small pimples on my cheeks and chin. It was a different breakout from the Colourpop line but I still noticed a change in my skin after using this product! I’ve never had a sensitivity to coconut oil in body care or food but my face just cannot handle it. Anyway, I love how this look came out as always! I was also surprised by the wear of the skin milk and I love how the blush looked on you! I wasn’t able to get the blush to look that smooth. As far as the highlight, I think you should try one of the colored ones! It was my favorite product out of the 3

Chessie Domrongchai thanks so much girl! I’m the same way with coconut oil, body products are fine but my face doesn’t like it. I’m definitely going to have to try one of the highlighters that’s not translucent lol. ❤️

Thank you for mentioning the little chunks! I saw them when I used this too but hadn't heard anyone else mention them yet. The first time I used this I noticed them, but I had also mixed the foundation with a moisturizer so I assumed it was from that. Second time I just used the foundation on it's own and had the same little flecky clump things on my face after applying.

I’m so sad. I just got my Ulta order with this new Cover Girl foundation. I tried it 2 times this morning using very typical products to prep my skin and both times it just wouldn’t blend out in areas and gave me the whitish polka dots. I tried pushing and pushing it in with my sponge. I could not get it to work. Ugh :(

It looked all very nice on you ! I saw the ingredient list on the foundation and can't believe they would even consider this so called clean. It had way too many toxic ingredients for my sensitive skin and pheno is such a no no since even though it might be a small minute amount just consider all of the products that have this synthetic ingredient like maybe the blush, highlighter, powders and what not.......it will accumulate in your body in no time......not good for anybody! Back to the drawing board, Cover Girl! You can make this product cleaner at a good price point. In the meantime, I'll pass on this one. I will stick with the organic physician formula foundation that I love on me personally that you reviewed months ago.......thank you! I also like the honest beauty blush as well! It's a winner! Thank you for doing this review.

Jackie Whitney thanks for watching! ❤️ I understand that some people stay away from pheno but for me I just haven’t been able to find any studies that prove it can penetrate into the skin and accumulate when it’s applied topically in the standard 1% amount. I’d love to know where/how you’ve learned about it!

@@lindseymunette Just a quick reply since I have some company at my house at the moment. Everything that goes on your skin goes into your body to your cells/tissues on a daily basis. So, take for instance if all your skin and makeup products have pheno in them.....add them up and see the percent you are putting into your body until you do your next skin/body detox. I am a energy healer and steer my clients away from all these synthetic ingredients. That foundation has awful ingredients in it. It does look nice on but I remember when I wore conventional makeup which I would put this in that category......I looked flawless and very nice......BUT, then toxic ingredients get accumulated in your body over time and then you get cystic acne/breakouts, auto immune disease, cancers, etc. I did have breast cancer years back but cured it myself. That is why I am in the healing business that I am in right now is to help others. Hope this helps! Got to get back to my company.
