This technique of applying the bronzer before the foundation is called "underpainting"! There are many great tutorials online!

The only cover girl one I had ever used was a green “natural” one that Taylor swift use to promote back in the early 2010s .. hands down best foundation ever, but it was discontinued like a decade ago 😅
