We have been on the island at almost same dates as you. Punta de teno is really beautiful when you see Gigantes cliffs from the other side. Also the route you did is almost same as what we did. Very nice shots of Tenrife and new kit is drippin´.

I love this channel, I don't have any tattoos but I've even enjoyed the tattoo content - keep doing what you're doing Thomas. Despite me being quite unable to get out on the bike as much as I would like to right now, you've certainly kept my enthusiasm up, and I've been looking mournfully at my Wahoo and making some little 25k routes for lunchtimes, as well as longing for those 5-6AM summer sunrises!

Any climbing tips for beginner cyclists? When on my indoor trainer, I go from 18-25mph on flats to 4-8mph on any type of elevation. I have no idea what gears to be in when climbing, what watts I should be aiming for, etc.

If you can try and up the watts slightly… if seated, sometimes people find it easier if you spin at little higher cadence! Or if you’re out the saddle , you’ll want to be lower cadence…
