OMG This is really nice!

This is really nice, bacon salt from Farmfoods £1.49, used belly pork slices and marinated them in bacon salt, some lovely homemade wedges, great meal, recipe in the video 👍🏻

So you can cut cooking time in pan using a pressure cooker an electric one is very good. 15 min i would say for the meat. and may be 5 min for the potato wedges. when you drained off could you not have used what was left in the gravy for added flavour. or even a dipping gravy sauce. there are so many adding salts etc in the shops that can change food and easy make it better than any boxed MW meal.

Haven’t got a pressure cooker at the moment but it is on my list, as with the gravy/dipping sauce yes could of made one but personally didn’t fancy it, but it is a good idea if people want too do it 👍🏻
