The monster has the same design and motor as the Rebel but comes with different blades. The hybrid is the same design and motor as the x-ergo but with better blades and battery. EDO has already dissected them to confirm these facts.

That shallow tooth on the rebel style monster clipper probably the reason why it’s not cutting like the rebel. I put the SC deep tooth cutting blade on my 50 Cals and it’s a lot smooth and feeds hair better.

Hey there Sean, thanks for another awesome tutorial. Does it charge on the ergo doc since it doesn’t come with an American converter? I also have a StyleCraft Apex, But I’m very curious about this monster hybrid.

I used the gamma powerclip and it fit didn’t hook up the dock. Haven’t tried the apex yet but will this week!

No it isn’t ordered from alibaba. These are actually all made in the same factory. Caliber, gamma, monster, turbo power etc… what happens is the factory presents a model to them and they nitpick at it and see if they like it or what they want to change about it and they release it. They work independently out of a factory and pick and choose which machines they want to market. They pick the internals and blades as well. Hence why this hybrid clipper has a 3300 mah battery and has 3 hours of battery life
