Leaks are usually caused by a gutter that does not drain because of all the leaves.Regular cleaning is important. Leaves in the gutter that impedes drainage is usually the cause of leaks in my experience here at home in the US.Good luck

I agree with Robbie making the concrete on a slant. It visibly looks better. Maybe try growing some type of grass (if it can grow in that area) in the other areas without concrete. I liked the Bermuda grass at the resort. Can that possibly grow in your area too? Just a thought❣️☺️

You will always have roof leaks it's the screws on top of the ridges , screws needed to be installed on the flats , a long time ago it was recommended to install screws on the top of the ridges , but over 10 years ago it was changed to install on the flats , too much movement when installed on the ridges which causes leaks over time , plus movement created with the Philippines heat , metal expands and contracts , moving parts cause wear , wear creates gaps that allow water in

For the roof leaks you should use butyle tape rather than silicon it will last much much longer. The step was great idea to change that to slanted so now you can plant flowers and make it look more inviting and make a beautiful area to view when you sit on the patio 👍 love the humour Robbie 😂 the phone under the tree 😂😂😂 something i would do in the situation too 😂

For the ROOF LEAK get a sealer called Lexal. Its a clear sealent and it IS AWESOME. I used it on my wood stove penetration seam 10yrs ago and it has survived 10 summers and winters in Idaho.

Panda has ticks. Remove everyone of them by hand. Bathe him. And then let him wear Tick Collar. But don't let the Collar get wet. It will wash off the anti-tick.

Sabi nila dapat ang paa daw pag nakahiga wag itapat sa pinto pag maglalagay ng higaan... Sa space sa left side going down maganda din Bermuda or carabao grass para pag umulan ung putik hindi papunta sa floor nyo although it's a bit higher sa ground.. That space sa side u can plant a small flowering tree that u can cut the side and have it a design and put your Christmas light there. Problema lang pag umulan mababasa... With or without Christmas light on the said tree your front yard is good too if u can also put some orchids (in exchange of the small flowering tree that u can design when u cut the sides) 😊

It’s up to you, but the vacation magnets on the refrigerator looks tacky with the new kitchen reno, should leave it plain to make the image look consistent. Move the magnets in another area of the house. Nice to place them on a magnetic frame on the wall near your desk, that will hold your magnets bc it will go with your work station while on your laptop working. Hope Robbie finds the leak & fix it, don’t want your roof to go off on another typhoon, that would be devastating bc PI’s is located in the pacific region where typhoons are birth in the areas.
