Pip should have slightly more HP and properly working healing (Combat Medic should heal only with the splash and not hit allies directly, this would help choosing between healing or dealing damage, and would prevent his healing getting stuck on Inara's Warder Field and other friendly deployables, or full health allies that put themselves in front of whoever you're trying to heal. Mega Potion should have either a cooldown reduction or a healing over time element). His healing is different from anything else in the game as it is neither instantaneous nor over time, the projectile is not exactly slow but isn't particularly fast either, so you gotta predict the damage your allies are gonna take and send healing right before, or hope they retreat and regroup. The cooldown is long and he doesn't have other sources of healing in his base kit unlike Grover or Ying.

Champion Suggestion: I've suggested the "real" nade spam build couple of weeks ago, it's grenadier 3, nade reset on F 5, ammo on F 3-4, ammo on nade hit 1-2or3, and hp or whatever ☺
