Business aside just from literally watching the beginning - the attitude of those girls is ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. They NEEDED "a kick up the backside badly". The MOMENT they knew about their dads health should have been their primary concern. They have NO excuses what so ever for not knowing about the business since their dad had so many salons and the MAJOR fact that HE stood to lose everything if it failed. They have NO RESPECT for him. Yes the world is changing and one has to change with it BUT the youth of today SHOULD RESPECT & TAKE ADVANTAGE of the "OLD SCHOOL" attitude, knowledge & experience. Some people panic if their thumb isn't permanently on a phone or computer and don't know how to improvise if anything goes wrong. Nobody handed us anything - we worked for it weather it was a phone, car, work experience or a yearly 2 week holiday - we appreciated it. Ralph was right to bring Tabatha in since they wouldn't listen to him. Rest in Peace 🙏🕯️😇.

I remember that i watched this show A LOT when i worked twice a week in a hairsalon (i was an assistant) for 7 months when i was 16 years old, and i ADORE Tabatha ever since. Ralph is such a sweetheart, i want a dad like him.. The entitlement of the staff, but the daughters mostly, makes me really SICK! I hate when people on the show (or Gordon Ramsay's or whoever i love) who insults Tabatha in person or in confession moments.. Tabatha's "insults" is the whole truth AND are mostly for professionnal purposes, NOT personnal at all.. When someone like Tabatha is making things sometimes, it's for making others to realize to change their work tactics and personnality at work (but in lifetime too sometimes) to make the bussiness working, even making it better. Maybe it can be hurtful, but it surely can help people to see the reality of everything.

?? Talk about spoiled princesses that have 'Daddy' wrapped around their finger! (You can be sure if the mother was around, she would have said 'over my dead body' are you going to mortgage my house so these spoiled brats can PLAY at owning a hair salon, with all of their girlfriends.) The father is also to blame as he should have let the sisters work and save their own money to go to business college, and then they could come and help manage the place with their father. Work and help co manage their fathers salon for a few years and save up their own money and invest their hard earned money as business partners, before they take control of the salon. Maybe then they would learn the value of a dollar and appreciate that owning a business is a big responsibility and a big investment, it requires sacrifice, time, money and passion to be successful.
