I hate when people like Janice say "I am not perfect". Stop saying that.... we all know you aren't. That goes for everyone. Its a way to excuse your behavior, rather then admit that it wasn't professional or that you messed up. Its completely irrelevant that you aren't perfect because you never will be. Its that you didn't want to work harder. Some people expect perfection from others but refuse to be better themselves. However these owners didn't expect perfection, they expected professionalism.

I have watched every episode & there was one where all the stylists were excellent but the owner didn't know how to manage staff. She micromanaged everything & didn't give them credit for their work good work. Everything was the stylists fault & she had 2 walkouts.

I think the staff and the owners - male and female - would look far more professional if they had a professional uniform that suited the colours in the salon. I’m Not sure about the colour paint choice. I would of gone with very dark grey green colour with pops of dark berry red with those dark wooden furniture. Like a dark classy romantic style. With 59’s style chair in waiting area with a Victorian Chaise Lounge.
