Hey Scrapman, try testing if the farm bots can swim or is it affected by water. If the farm bots cannot be near or be in contact to water at all, then that is a good thing because now you can build your base in the middle of the lake/pond and the farm bots cannot go to you. Like it a bunch so Scrapman can see it

Other wise there's nothing to stop you from building an elevated base in such a way that the farm bots will run up under the crops, and have nothing to attack. It would be a cheesy way of never having to worry about farm bot attacks.

The timer over your crops shows when the bots will attack, not how long until the crops grow. The time of day has nothing to do with it. Also, you can use the clock in the top left (under your facecam) to gauge when they will arrive. On top of that, it looks like the waves get increasingly difficult every time the message comes up, rather than based on the number of crops. Use this to your advantage, though it may warrant further testing. Finally, I think the reason you are flying out of your vehicle in rag doll mode is a bug relating to collision boxes. Try moving some of the parts next to your seat away a few spaces and see if it fixes that. Like so he sees this!

For the craft bot, you need to build onto it, or weld it to a vehicle. I'm fairly sure you are supposed to have moving bases and fortresses. edit: also, you should try and add brakes to your vehicle.

Story theory: You these sings with the farmbots where it says: "we do all the work while you collect the profit" all over the place. My theory is that they we're made to farm and make the life of humans better, but then they got evil. The humans had to fly away from the planet and the camp that he found was from a survivor who didn't made it on to the escape-ship.(The signs where for bots) Our mechanic was sent back to see how things are going, but he crashed and now his mission is to maybe kill the farmbots and get away from the planet.

Scrapman, build your base over the water, have a bridge nearly to the land so you can jump over to land, the bots probably won't be able to get up and if they can make it so you can bring the bridge up. Just a base idea, other people can use it if you want. Edit: maybe you can add legs to the bottom if the bots can swim there ( aqib izzuddin gave me the idea of them swimming) made out of stone or stronger materials

Yeah a starter base on water is the way to go, robots are afected by water, but if you cannot build in water rooftops are another option, robots can't climb but players can use the elevator, at least u can place there items to secure them from robots and free space in the inventory

Check what the little dots on each icon are? And can we appreciate the amount of detail and design put into the survival mode. For instance: Gui and animation designs details and design: 1. Inventory Gui (including the tabs) 2. Storage Gui 3. Placing and Picking Gui 4. Carrying Animation. Artwork and Architecture: 1. Destroyed building designs 2. The Enemy Bots(Haybot and so on) 3. Where do you get the cotton from? I haven't seen that. Also, that timer is for when the farmbots will attack. I think it's usually around eleven PM to midnight in-game time. So, you might need to take a bit of time just farming, or only leave for short periods. Having them spawn as you come back doesn't seem to be working too well. haha Oh, and I think the "keep out" signs were for the farmbots. Not telling mechanics to keep out.
