You can buy already made dried boba at the Asian store and take them home, boil, flash freeze , soak in brown sugar

But still they're kinda time and energy consuming to cook, took about an hour of stirring and cooking and stirring and getting them soaked in them brown sugar syrup that you also have to cook later in about 20 minutes, unless you bought the bottled syrup.

kalen, i think you should have just cooked the boba for longer even if it was already at the top. i cook them until the boba is translucent and it comes out perfect!
