What an amazing episode ! Felt like a short film, filled with a lot of emotion and depth... Life... You can't have it all, you might be very successful on one side and lose a lot on the other side... The show is layered and takes time to explore human emotions and psychology in numerous ways (with great character study all the way). I keep saying that since it started, but this series truly is underrated (I don't know tons of people who watch it, aside from these types of dedicated comment sections). It really seems to be not as popular as basically all the other DC TV Shows (past & present).

This episode was super freaking epic, it literally had me on the edge of my seat and hit right in the damn feels, I felt every emotion, I was crying, laughing, smiling, clapping my hands and bouncing in my seat hollering at my laptop screen, my mum was looking at me like I was crazy lol, but as much as I want E10 now, the wait is making me super excited because E10 is gonna be just as super fucking epic as this ep was, and I am curious to how the others all are in that world. The whole entire cast and crew were freaking amazing with all their acting, and yeah I missed seeing Tyler in this episode as well tbh. All the actors were amazing with how they portrayed all their emotions and all. #SupermanAndLois is literally my favorite Superhero series for me ❤️❤️❤️

@@supergeek7134 As I've said, I don't know if the actress' inexperience is responsible for her delivering every single line in an annoying sarcastic tone, or if the writers inexperience in writing for teenage girls of above average intelligence is causing them to write every line in an annoying sarcastic tone. And I don't really care. I've lost all interest in this character, and I hope she's written out by the end of the season.

I really enjoyed this episode, it’s pacing is great. I enjoy the conversations and thought process the show takes you through. A lot of shows go from point A to point B and don’t take the time to get there. I wish the break wasn’t going to be that long, I also watch Legacies and when that show takes a break it takes me a few episodes to get back into the groove.

Maybe I’m alone on this but I really don’t like Sarah this season. She cheats on Jordan then he’s the one to apologize for rightfully being upset about it then she breaks up with him for not being open with her when she does the exact same thing. I feel that they only had Jordan get back together with her so Sarah could break up with him and the plot of her dating Aubrey (which will definitely happen) would not make her look as bad.

Clark did the same with lana when he focused on training...its history repeating. Sarah had a month long relationship with Aubrey in the same manner with Jordan, it went way beyond a single kiss...she is her fathers child and old enough to understand consequences of her actions but was told by her mom that if Jordan didnt forgive her, he didnt deserve her🤔 and it was okay that it happened and she wasnt remorseful or ashamed but wanted to be honest after the fact while she avoided him a whole month while she was away.

I hope we all remember that Bizarro Kal scratched out Jonathan's face in our glimpse of that world. So we really shouldn't trust him. Also, did anyone else when Jordan said he had superpowers be reminded of Mark and Debbie's argument in Invincible? Its also why I am not super worried about him taking too dark of a path because he and Mark kind of have a lot in common.

Aubrey drives 2 hours to visit sarah and shes older 16 at least and their conversations can be handled over.the phone seems sarah has to physically see her regularly and isnt honest about her feelings are beyond a buddy ... it's not fair to Jordan and she is still lying. Let's hear it for the stupidity of a teenage girl, listening to her adulterer father for advice on relationships. Is it realistic? Yeah. Is it smart? Hell no. I'd like to see Jordan develop an interest in someone romantically based on shared interests, not on the fact that the girl was the first person outside of his family to show him kindness. I'd like to see Sarah explore her sexuality, so that those with differing sexualities can see themselves in her story. And, at 50, I've seen whether too many friends who married their high school or college sweethearts go through nasty divorces. So I really don't want to see Jordan and Sarah become a permanent thing.

I mean Sarah talks to mom, Jordan is always going off & boom Lana just laughs and tells Sarah, it is a family thing but trust me Jordan will put you first. Poor Jordan, but he will probably save Sarah towards the end of the season, and the 3rd season will be about her coming to terms with what and who he is, and they will reconcile. I hope at least. While the writing this season for their relationship has had some major flaws, they are still a cute couple and they have excellent chemistry, so it would be a shame to not see them reconcile at some point. I also hope that if she does find out Jordan's secret, she reacts the same way Thea did in Arrow when Oliver revealed to her that he was the Green Arrow.

@@loko8706 Sarah may not know that Jordan is the son of Superman, but she DOES no that his brother was verbally attacked by a mother and the coach. She ought to understand that under the circumstance. Jonathan was-and should be-Jordan's priority. She is his high school crush, but Jonathan is his twin brother. She also knows that her father is an adulterer and therefore not the sort of person from whom one should accept relationship advice. I don't accept her excuse. Sarah broke up with Jordan because she wants to explore her own sexuality. There's no crime in that, so long as she is honest. But honesty towards Jordan has long been Sarah's weakness. Hopefully, Jordan will have enough space and time to realize this. I hope the writers will allow him to come to understand that as he is not in a position to give her the amount of his time that she would like, she is clearly not in a position to be properly honest with him. Which makes a relationship untenable. In the end, we need to realize these are children. Most people have multiple partners in high school. And the number of people who end up marrying their high school sweethearts is practically negligible. It was natural for their relationship to end. Hopefully, this will not be the end of their friendship. I would like to see how they get along when he's not pining after her, and she's not pretending to be interested in him. Who knows. they could eventually be as strong of friends as their parents.

Great review. Agree with so much of what you said, especially re Sarah & Jordan and the Lana & Kyle situation. Another really good episode and the nod to 'Death of Superman' and how the world and people closest to him react and try to keep moving forward. Really glad Lana won & they didn't go the route of them loosing due to some shady business. Irons fam are just great but I would love a bit more focus on Natalie's smarts & tech ability from the show. Is Bizarro Jon good or bad? For some reason I'm thinking the Kents on Bizarro world may not be the 'good' Kents that we're used to from this world. I wonder in Bizarro world did Jon get powers and not Jordan? Are they going to merge? Can't wait to see more of Bizarro world. I really did miss Clark/Superman though, from the man Clark to the superman he's a centring and stabilising force, things just seem more hopeful when he's around. I laughed at the cover story, seriously, no-one is thinking, Clark is gone, can't even make a phone call....ohhh...and so is Superman..... I think somewhat of a thread running through this season is Clark/Superman not wanting to ask for help, so focused on saving the world he's jumping in & trying to do it all himself. Whether it's because he feels it's up to him to keep everyone safe, he feels responsible if someone gets hurt fighting along side him etc IMO we're going to see him realising this season that it's not just on him and it's OK to let others help and take some of the pressure of saving the world.

Quick question. I noticed that Clark and Lois were finally in bed together. (Yay! We haven't seen that since the damn honeymoon!) But I also noticed that they had both lamps on and apparently some sort of overhead light. That coupled with daylight streaming in the window at their honeymoon hideout has me wondering whether or not one of the actors has some sort of line in their contract that says they can't be in bed together without the lights, and clothing up both of them. Either that, or the writers think that everyone between the age of 15 and 25 he watches the show will suddenly run away and terror if it is implied that the grown ups had sex.

Yeah he cant be everywhere...but I guess it's the length of time the oil rig was on fire for and how big of an event it is. The mentioned train derailment as well. Those as big events not some random getting mugged. Those are things he'd respond to if people are struggling with it. So his absence was noticed.

@@civivva4501 It depends on how big the catastrophe's are in a shows universe. For instance a Thanos being real, we'd most definitely need more than just regular police and military. We'd need super powered people. In a lot of these shows they tend to have some extreme disasters that need an extra helping hand to fix. Now if it's like The Boys where that world is more realistic and not supernatural/super scifi then "super people" would be more of an issue than help. Plus even in real life having certain skills can be difficult to deal with. Take a lot of what is going on, certain groups of people have warned folks yet they get called "crazy conspiracy theorists" and dismissed rather than listened to. Having psychic powers in real life would be useless because of that. Not to mention the law of attraction positivity folks who can also be dismissive of future negative warnings. Real life vigilantes are seen as bad people (which is what superheroes are) and criminals are often sympathized with even more than victims. So YEAH, powered people would be seen as dangerous and a problem.
