I know the real answer to my question would be "because it's a comic/cartoon at it looks cool", but after watching this fight and many others from the Invincible comics, I just don't get how can Viltrumites hurt other Viltrumites so easily, here Nolan opened that guy's abdomen with his hand as if it was a sword, and crush that other guy's skull relatively easy; I wouldn't mind had they been human or anything else, but how can his body be so much stronger and resistant as to do that to them? Shouldn't they have a similar level of invulnerability? Shouldn't Thula's teeth have dug on his arm after he did that? I'm saying this because humans are unable to crush a human skull with their bare hands, so I assume it would be similar between viltrumites

Wrong hypothesis. Let’s look at different fiction/real models and respective combat style. Humans: Moderate ratio of strength-to-durability. As a result, combat is about landing a few good blows, but doing so as fast as possible. Wrestling is about as optimal as landing a hit in human martial arts. Viltrumite: Strength is on an echelon higher to durability. As a result, combat is ever more blitz-oriented, and they can use their arms/legs as pseudo-sharp objects. Wrestling is less optimal than landing a hit in Vultramite martial arts. The Boys (Homelander VS Soldier Bot) - durability is higher than possible damage inflicted. (From the whole Russian nuke VS soldier boy, it is pretty obvious… BUT we never see neither Homelander no Soldier Boy level cities with their punches, even though they are nuke-level beings). As a result, when Homander fought Soldier Bot during Herogasm, their fight was akin to having a grown-up pillow fight - landing many hits, massive pushback, but no real damage (only a bruise from ALL of that). However, chokeholds and pins are incredibly effective against Soldier Boy and Homelander, since even though he is durable, they (relatively) do not possess sufficient strength to escape proper pins. As a result, in compound V-based martial arts, wrestling is far far more optimal than landing many insignificant hits on one another. So, martial arts depend significantly on durability-to-strength output ratio. As per answering your question: Humans are capable of crushing skulls with leg kicks, and stopping a moving car head-on. But doing so inflicts massive ligament damage and cannot really happen without massive adrenaline discharge. To put it in comparison - since Vultramites have healing factor, and a strong one at that, they can AFFORD to always use their peak theoretical strength in explosive bursts. Combat between two vultramites is akin to an exaggerated combat between two humans on excessive adrenaline, kinda. Obviously their strength-to-durability ratio is also higher, but the whole “full power all the time, without regard for body’s structural integrity and self-inflicted harm” makes it also plausible

Aside from that, I would really question if the information about actually crushing (not cracking, just to make it clear) a living human's skull with a kick is accurate, I would imagine the neck breaks before you are able to crush it, if it's really possible; and people can stop a moving car? If human skull is hit with moderate to high force (from a leg kick) into a nose area, the whole skull will cave in and shatter, collapsing and leading to instant death. But only if high enough forced applied to that specific region of a skull. The rest of the skull is structured in such a way that it needs magnitude larger force. It also possible for a heavyweight champion to cave in the average human skull, with the direct application ti that nasal area, but more difficult. Upon such hit, skull actually shatters entirely. As per fighting techniques - you are right. Those moves would also be more effective. It seems that the author is more focused on shock factor and graphic aspect of the gore, rather than pure “realism” or logic. And, as a narrative choice, that is not a bad thing. Emotional impact of a scene is more important for story-telling that pure realism

Omni- man basically could have beat all three of these viltrimites on his own. Even if mark helped he could have done so. Nolan was slightly weakened as he had not fought in some time and it seems the guadrians of the globe posed a bigger threat then these three viltrimites in the end. I agree with everything you said but the guardians, These viltrumites would wash the guardians. The only reason they did so much damage do Nolan in season one is because of how much he held back. He did that for two reasons, one to make it look like he got jumped too and was the only survivor, and two when a viltrumite holds back it’s explained in the comments how much weaker they have to make themselves to not destroy everything. Mark was fighting some bad guys and taking hits and someone asked him why he did that opposed to dodging, mark said something like “ Since I’m holding back it makes me slower and I have to hold back so I don’t kill them”.
