In the comics, every time doomsday "dies", he revives himself, then becomes immune to dying in that manner. Thanks to Superman, lasers, punching, riping, and freezing doesn't even slow him down. It was so bad that the only solution, was to send him to the end of time, so he couldn't do any more damage. So what can Omniman do to that.

Once again DanCo i have to disagree. From the battle damage OM suffered in the TV show, he doesn't have the durability to handle doomsday. Whereas Clark suffered no physical damage from Doomsdays attack, with the exception of when he was weakened by Kryptonite. So OM would take serious damage from DD in a physical battle. Even the reanimen damaged him.

Doomsday doesn't just heal. He actually gets as strong as his opponent or stronger. His body adapts to the damage given by the opposition. His body basically has exponential genetic intelligence. Remember he was created as an adaptive weaponized organism on Krypton. He's actually similar to Omni Man but probably better in regards to adaptive evolution.

There is so much wrong with this. First off, you want the asteroid feat, Superman gets his stopping a earthquake by pulling tectonic plates feat. Superman's Heat Vision is also stated to move at light speed. Wonder Woman blocks Doomsday's Heat Vision, which scales above Superman's, and Doomsday is faster than Wonder Woman. Doomsday also absorbs energy to grow stronger, including kinetic energy. This is seen in the early fight where everytime Superman punched Doomsday, that spot of his body glowed red. It's also seen when an attack helicopter triggered Doomsday's first Shockwave. All things considered, Nolan only takes durability... Until Doomsday starts evolving.

He is faster to move around the whole world in seconds. He has centuries of combat experience and is considered one of if not the strongest of the Vultrumites. He is durable to literally just fly through a nuclear laser with no Damage and has taken huts from the immortal. Due to his years of experience, he has insane amounts IQ and Battle IQ (way superior to Superman). If we're taking the most op version of Doomsday, then it wouldn't matter. Would be akin to a human with no modern technology trying to fight a grizzly bear in an open field. There's only so much Omniman could do against sth that's unkillable from his perspective. Doomsday got stomped out by a horde of Kryptonians once, meaning Omniman would need to produce more energy than that if he wanted to defeat him. He's also been lasered by Superman, so the heat of stars wouldn't even affect him. On top of that he practically has no internal organs, no heart, no brain, no liver etc, so there's barely any weakpoints on him.

Nolan has more hand to hand combat experience than zod and superman combined because he was still fighting for 1000's of years. Kal was raised by a farm dad and was exploited for his weaknesses by batman. my biggest problem with giving an enemy the ability to adapt and reanimate is that it ends up boring but it doesnt end. This is not a fair comparison. The animated/comic versions of Superman is crazy stronger than Omniman, the only reason he chosen the DCEU is to low ball Superman and make Omniman look more powerful, but no. Peace.
