It has an output, if that's what you're asking. If that doesn't answer it for you, I'd be interested in what else is necessary to plug into ableton, because i've been thinking of buying it.

is it possible to just have the signal come from the instrument jack instead of both the speaker and input?

if you plug into the 1/4" out, it turns off the speaker.

I got a Qchord and regretted it. Very gimmicky, felt like a cheap thrift store keyboard but cost $300. I'd go for the Omnichord

makesomebacon They are somewhat hard to come by but they usually sell for $200-300. I've seem them selling for $150 though.
