Hey, Omnidog. Great show today. Hope I didn't upset Omnicat on today's show about the Keto diet. I meant to say it worked for me with losing 45lbs, but it's not for everybody. She could've talked about it and I would not get mad or anything. Like I said, it's not for everybody. I saw my brother do it and so I went ahead and did it. Keto goes like this. You can eat all the veggies you like. Dark fruits only (less sugar). Dairy products and all the meats. Anyway, great show once again like always. Cheers! Rob G. ~San Francisco, CA

Hey Rob! I appreciate your comment. Your description for Keto is not the typical one (meat and veggies only, no fruit or dairy) - and that certainly is all good, people have been doing low carb diets for ages. The Keto fad of everyone purposely putting themselves into ketosis (with no natural sugar like you would find in fruits and dairy) is a scary thing to put your body through. I'm glad to hear you're eating some fruits and dairy!
