@ I do have a kettle that I use for my French Press and AeroPress, but I have used it very little in my videos. I’m thinking of visiting a few local coffee shops tomorrow to see if they have any for sale. I was never a fan of drip coffee but after using both my AeroPress and French press a bunch recently and enjoying the coffee, I think I’m ready to give the Origami a try!

Good morning Omniel: First, as always, I want to "Thank You" for taking the time to record, edit and post this mornings video for all of us to enjoy 🙂 Just so you know, I watch each of your weekly videos, start to finish, and I try to make at least one meaningful comment concerning the content. Grey bellows note: After sending multiple messages to "Gemini" concerning the grey bellows with no response... I believe I found the same product from Walmart for $3.57 - Brand Name / Sailesiti - Silicone Retention Bellow Compatible for Zero Coffee Grinder - grey. I ordered one and received it a few days ago, it looks and works perfectly. I use round paper filters on the bottom of my portafilter and a puck screen on the top. Since I flush the paper filters using my group head, I accomplish flushing the head and the paper filter at the same time before each use. As mentioned, I also always flush my group head after pulling each espresso shot using a blank basket. I received my DAK - Milky Cake beans order on Friday (roasted on Jan 21st). I'll be letting them rest for another week or so before giving them a try, so I'll provide my comments in a few weeks. FYI - I'm mostly back to feeling like my old self, our roadways are finally cleared of the snowfall from a couple weeks back and we can actually see grass again in a few small areas on our property. We completed our reservations for our trip to Oregon this past week - Airlines, rental car, and room, PLUS I received an email response from a message I sent to "Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm. We managed to purchase four - Single Use Flex Tickets @ $20.00 each. They are each good for a Single-Visit Access: Valid for one individual, allowing entry once from 5 AM until sunset on any day during the festival dates. No Reservations Required: Arrive at your convenience, even on sold out days-just have your ticket ready to scan at the gate. Two for us and two for our grand daughter and her significant other. This will hopefully allow us a better opportunity to visit the tulip farm on a nice sunny day, rather than taking the chance by buying one of the $17.00 specific date & time, daily tickets ahead of time. Our grand daughter is planning on taking a few vacation days so we can spend time together. She is already busy scheduling a few special excursions... one I'm looking forward to is to visit a somewhat secluded ocean cove where we will see several thousand different species of starfish and it's located only a half-hour drive from her residence. Per your suggestions... we're hoping to visit Cannon Beach and Multnomah Falls and you already knew we plan on driving to Mount Hood and check out Timberland lodge. I'll probably check out a few coffee shops here and there plus VooDoo Donuts to fill that special niche in my sweet tooth 🙂 Take care my friend and I hope you enjoy a great week ahead, Kerry

Pretty soon we get going on the Kentucky videos, I can't wait for you to see a little of what we did. While visiting Portland, keep an eye out for the little tiny coffee houses. Usually they are in the parking lot of strip malls, and you can find them all over town. Try a couple. It's fun driving up, and getting a coffee from usually an enthusiastic barista. I’ll have to go back and watch the agent 99 one. That is my current fave for my oatmilk latte right now. I just love the color of it. Reddish brown. I haven’t tried the house nation as an espresso but I will as soon as I’m done with agent 99. I really enjoy your videos. 😊

I can't speak for espresso, as I haven't made that experience yet, but for pourover I think the difference between grinders can be huge. My 078s has more of an aromatic body. All of that body is completely forwarded as vibrant flavor on the pietro. On the zp6 it is all very mild. Nice video. I tend to watch your videos on the side while playing games (but I do pay attention). I think many of those views that turn off quickly might be bots?

As to the grinders, it's probably just me, maybe my taste buds are not developed to that level yet. I've made the experiment several times, and I've failed at tasting a clear difference between grinders. Maybe soon I'll record another comparison. Take care, and thank you for your support. 🤗

@@OmnielCapote Maybe try comparing in a cupping. I've found the differences become more apparent as you give the coffee time to cool down. That being said, brewing as a pourover actually shows the difference more then cupping imo. Maybe the grinders you compared were just not that different?
