When the best classical guitarist in the world says, break it down, practice it slowly, use a metronome, and gradually increase the speed, I think we should listen!

those tips were my music teacher taught me since day 1 when I learnt to paly the guitar. Learn the correct rhtym with metronome.

Have I been living under a rock? Never heard Ana Vidović until tonight when I was browsing through KZbin videos on TV for a relaxing background, but it wasn't meant to be. My jaw dropped as her perfection captured my full attention and it took me almost half an hour into the concert to catch something barely close to an imperfection (and find me another virtuoso guitar player who doesn't make them every minute) to be sure it's not a goddess but a human being. Wow!

Thank you for your dedication of study and resilience in never giving up on yourself. You have truly embodied what each composition intends. In my opinion, you are one of the greatest guitarists that has ever lived. May the blessings of The LORD be forever upon you.

Wow, five to ten hours a day of practice! Anna you're wonderful! I have a few creative writing degrees and your extraordinary dedication reminds me of something a writing professor said: "Writers don't watch t.v." She didn't say it with any sense of superiority. She just meant if you're going to be good at your craft, you don't have time for things like t.v. When I'm not getting to my craft, I remember her words and now I will remember how much you practice as well. It really does take extraordinary dedication and the willingness to stay in "student mode" all the time to completely master an art form. Thank you so much for sharing your talent. I listen to your beautiful works every time I am at work! Thank you!

Have you ever practiced/or just playing too much? If so, does your playing start to take a turn in wrong direction instead of improve. I usually play more if I'm having trouble and EVEN more if sounds good🤓Thank You

Your Bach was beautiful, did you transcribe the Violin Sonata in Gminor?
@vapourmile3 жыл бұрын
No, she played it in its original key, which as you probably know, is much harder for a guitar player than transposing it.

@@vapourmile my wrong word - transpose :/ maybe arrange or transcribe is better
