Hi Robyn, if you had an online cosmetics store (e-commerce only) currently at 1000 profiles and about 500 subscribed contacts (but planning to grow), which platform would you choose? I want best automations and a comprehensive solution rather than a couple of automations here and there. And the best deal overall. Worried Omnisend has fewer/less advanced automations than Klaviyo, but also Omnisend deliverability rate is not the best as far as I know? This is Lana, we communicated a couple of months back. I understand your concerns. Do note that Omnisend offers you the ability to setup the most important email marketing automations for an ecommerce business. You write: "I want the best automations and solution and the best deal". This combo is in most cases not possible. (A) You either want the best and a more user friendly product which in most cases mean you pay more or (B) your want the best price. Klaviyo for example, is the best and most user friendly. Omnisend offers a better price. Do note that although I find Klaviyo a bit more user friendly Omnisend still allows you to set up the most important automations for ecommerce businesses like I explained in my videos. @@Justlookingg I must say that Klaviyo is a bit more flexible in my experience. Just 1 example: if you want to segment your contacts on total $ spent in the last X months
